Melissa M. Duke is a paralegal and office manager. She has been with Duke Seth since the firm opened in 2012 and has been involved in every aspect of cases, from initial conversations with client through litigation, trial, and appeal. Melissa has worked hand-in-hand with hundreds of clients over the years and works hard to develop strong relationships. She is a stickler for detail and prides herself in providing clients outstanding and responsive service.

Melissa was born in Victoria, Texas and grew up in the South Texas region. But she also spent two years living in Alaska where she experienced some beautiful scenery and interesting wildlife, not to mention some considerably colder winters. Outside the office, Melissa loves going to concerts and sporting events, traveling, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with her pug, Ace.
