Meet Walker M. Duke
Walker M. Duke is a seasoned attorney who has represented individuals and businesses in critical legal matters. A founding partner of Duke Seth, PLLC, he has also provided the legal counseling to help his clients avoid problems before they arise. Over the years, Walker has successfully litigated many high stakes cases involving business and construction disputes, catastrophic personal injuries, and wrongful deaths with millions of dollars on the line. Despite the complexities of the cases, Walker never loses sight of the core issues and works to efficiently develop a strategy that best serves his clients’ overall objectives. Walker is a firm believer that thorough preparation, hard work, and effective communication are the keys to success both in and out of the courtroom.
